RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Our return policy is applicable only for Damaged & Manufacturing defects within 7 days from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
  • To be eligible for a return, Once you get the order, Make an Unboxing Video showing all the sides of the outer packaging, and open the package to show what’s inside.
  • All items must returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, shipping labels (pasted on the packet), etc. The items should be in its original condition.
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in the original packaging.
  • Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. If you have a damaged or defective product , Send an Unboxing Video to us.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  5. After received the items we will verify it to be brand new as it is and was not used once too, then we will process the refund request in 48 working hours.
  6. We will process the refund to your payment within 7 days after receiving the returned item.
  7. Email the bank details or UPI ID & order details to info@moohomeware.com for the refund.

REFUNDS ONLY DAMAGED & MANUFACTURING DEFECT PRODUCTS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

EXCHANGES

  • Sorry you cannot Exchange a product.

CANCELLATION/REFUND

  • You can cancel the order before the order ships. Once the order ships to the delivery partners, you can cancel an order by paying the shipping fee applicable as per your address.
  • Cancellation/refund is approved for any reasons, 4% platform fees + gst % is also deducted and the rest is refunded only.
